
Trey Bohn is President and founder of Vista Group, and has been promoting Panama on an international scale since 2010.
Professionally, Bohn has extensive media and political communications experience. As both White House Spokesman and Director of Radio Media in the Office of Media Affairs under President George W. Bush from 2003 to 2009, he was instrumental in communicating the President’s policies to various media outlets throughout the United States and abroad.
After spending more than a decade in politics and communications in Washington, D.C., he discovered the Republic of Panama when looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the East Coast. Drawn to its warm climate, dollarized economy, strong infrastructure, political stability, and immense economic potential, he soon made his mark in the region by attracting high-profile global brands and positive international attention to Panama. He has also assisted the current government in international media and industry development, and was selected among Panama’s Most Influential Foreigners
A native of San Antonio, Texas, Bohn holds an MBA, a master’s degree in financial planning and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
